I’ve spent my working life owning and operating retail stores, managing every part of the business myself. Retail has always been hands-on for me: taking responsibility for the details and seeing how each decision contributes to the whole experience.
Maison & Mill is my next chapter. I’m bringing that owner-operator perspective to a focused vision: considered accessories for people who love making coffee at home and want their everyday surroundings to feel just as thoughtful.
